Carolina Uzaga

Master in Contemporary Dance · 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor · Craniosacral Therapist

I’m passionate about creating yoga classes that are accessible, welcoming, and meaningful — for travelers visiting Manuel Antonio and for locals in the Quepos area. I bring a deep understanding of the body shaped by my background as a Master in Contemporary Dance, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Craniosacral Therapist. This allows me to guide you with awareness, precision, and care in every movement.

My Vinyasa-style classes are dynamic and adaptable, offering different variations depending on each person’s level, so everyone can practice safely and at their own pace.

My goal is to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected with yourself through mindful movement and breath.

Whether you’re looking for a gentle, grounding practice or a more fluid and energizing flow, you’ll find a space where you can explore your body with curiosity and confidence.

How I teach

Warm, plain-spoken, unhurried

  • Breath before fancy

If the breath is steady, the rest of the class has somewhere to land.

  • Options, not criticism

Take the choice that lets you stay curious and kind to your joints.

  • Small groups on purpose

Cap is about ten people — calm room, personal teaching.
