“A wonderful practice with Carolina! It was my grandson’s first experience with yoga and she was a wonderful guide and made him feel so welcomed. The other local yogis that joined the class added to the positive energy. Of course the view was spectacular and relaxing. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing location. Amazing instructor. One of my first times doing yoga but was great to follow and you can easily make the poses easier / more advanced! Very personal and calming. Did both the morning and the sunset yoga a few times which both had great aspects.”

Britt JanseGoogle review

“Great dynamic Vinyasa flow (with a fun peak pose and a calm ending) with a very friendly teacher and a beautiful view. Before the class, Caro was extremely quick at answering on WhatsApp which was very helpful.”

“Treehouse yoga at sunset was truly unforgettable. Practicing high in the trees, surrounded by jungle sounds, warm air, and the most beautiful views felt grounding and magical all at once.”

“Carolina is an amazing yoga teacher. The class can be modified for all levels. The location is beautiful in a raised treehouse platform with views of the ocean & jungle. Highly recommend!”

Jill HindleGoogle review

“Wow just amazing!! My husband and I came here for sunset yoga while on our honeymoon and we lucked out with a private class. Carolina led a beautiful class for us. We were surrounded by the sounds of howling monkeys, birds singing.”

FAQ

Before you come

Do I need to book ahead?

Yes — classes are small (about 10 people), so booking keeps a spot for you. You can reserve on the contact page.

I’m a beginner. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Classes include clear options for every level — you’ll never be pushed into anything that doesn’t fit your body that day.

What should I bring?

Your mat if you have one (I can provide mats), water, comfortable clothes, and an open mind. Blocks and straps are included.

Are classes outdoors?

Most classes meet in a covered studio space with open-air sides. If weather changes the plan, you’ll hear before class.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes — private classes at the studio or at your hotel/villa. You can also ask about massage. Use the contact form to request a time.
